Yari Leal started her career in the restoration industry in 2018 following the catastrophe that Hurricane Irma left. At the time, Mrs. Leal managed a restoration company, where she worked closely with homeowner associations and commercial property managers. With her dedication and interpersonal skills, she quickly developed a wide network that allowed her to navigate various areas of specialized trades.

She was able to expand the list of clients to whom her employer provided services to include Miami-Dade County Internal Services Departments, public schools, and many other major facilities. Mrs. Leal responded to emergency disaster relief following the devastation in Louisiana that was produced by Hurricane Katrina and later to Texas following a large scale pipe freeze caused by a winter storm.

She understands the importance of documentation for insurance claim purposes and the difficulties that may arise throughout the process. Post disaster situations are devastating to the affected parties and on her journey she found the way to master the abilities to help others facing those circumstances.

On April 8th 2022, Mrs. Leal established a restoration company by the name of SERVTEC Restoration which is certified by the State of Florida as a minority, woman-owned and operated business. Mrs. Leal is a licensed mold assessor and re-mediator as well as certified in fire and smoke damage restoration, odor control, crime and trauma scene, water damage restoration and is a commercial drying specialist. She also holds an OSHA certification and XACTIMATE Fundamental/ Proficiency.

As she is continuously educating herself with the laws, regulations and standard guidelines of the restoration industry. Mrs. Leal is very passionate about what she does and helping others improve their properties or returning them to pre-loss condition.
